Any child under the age of 18 who is not accompanied by a parent or guardian for a haircolor appointment must bring this signed form with them to their appointment.

Solo is a formaldehyde and ammonia free taming treatment that will leave your hair more manageable, youthful, healthy, shiny, and strong – eliminating frizz.

FINE HAIR TO MEDIUM HAIR: $140+ (2 HR APPT)

All SOLO Treatments are priced based upon individual stylist levels. Prices will vary depending upon your stylist. SOLO pricing does not include a Hair Cut but does include a Classic BlowDry and finish.

FIRST TIME GUESTS

We can’t wait to meet you! Our Guest Services Team will explain our 24-hour cancellation policy and deposit requirements for all first-time guest visits when you call to schedule your first visit. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in with our Guest Services Team and get acquainted with our salon.

24-Hour Cancellation / No Show Policy for First Time Guests

A deposit is required to schedule all First Time visits. You must call our Guest Services Team at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit to reschedule or cancel. Your deposit will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled visit. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit, your deposit will be refunded over the phone. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for First Time Guests who do not cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled visits or who do not show up for their scheduled visit.
